I’ve had the same problem with attempted left lane changes for no reason. Very annoying…

    Model Y Observations - Traded Model 3

This info was initially posted on the Tesla site - re-posting here in case it will help others. We traded the Model 3 and took delivery of a red LR AWD Model Y with 20” wheels in Tampa Bay. Sharing a handful of immediate observations in case it will help others considering a similar trade...

Model 3 Key FOBs for Sale

Have two Gen 1 Model 3 key FOBs for sale. Still new in the box - neither were ever used after initial programming. I'm told the new Model Y requires a different FOB. Paid $150 each in the Tesla online store - will sell for $50 each. Link to photo is 97301-BB7-04-AD-4-FD0-86-EF-7-F93887-AC3-D7...

Auto Pilot and Cruise Control for Software Build 2019.5.15 has Serious Problems

No problems here with 5.15 on our 3D, in fact the reverse is true with much smoother EAP speed changes in response to traffic.

    Navigate on Autopilot - Observations?

Sharing a few observations after more Nav on AP testing here in Florida. 1) The NoA features are working very reliably on our 3D with release 42.4 software. 2) I like how the software automatically determines where NoA is available and safe to use. So far it's been available for use on...

Starting to regret FSD pre-purchase in a major way

Was looking back through this thread and saw this comment: “ Automatically taking freeway off ramps based on NAV is not worth much to me, but making turns on city streets based on NAV would be, though I think that's a long way away.“ FWIW my 3D on NoA 42.4 will now approach a stoplight, slow...

Starting to regret FSD pre-purchase in a major way

Agree with Daniel. We’ve been testing NoA running 42.4 in many different scenarios and it’s been truly amazing to see how much it can already drive itself around our area. Will likely get much better in 2019 with the new computer, advanced summon, more software refinements, etc. Suggest a...

    Nav on Autopilot

Took delivery of our 3D about a week ago. Currently running 42.4. Have been testing Nav on AP as much as possible here in Tampa Bay (day and night - about 4-5 runs so far) with amazing success. Have been posting observations on Tesla forums but will share or replicate here as time permits...

Solar City / Tesla no bid residential solar upgrade

FWIW - competitive market prices are in the $2/watt range here in FL for panels and inverter only with no batteries. Quotes vary from $2-$ so its smart to shop carefully.

Tesla sends out delivery delay emails

After receiving the email notice I was surprised to login and see my date moved forward from spring 2019 to fall 2018.... Made the reservation in July 2017.

First actual loss of grid - success for Powerwalls!

FWIW I'll share the following sizing and performance data from our system in Florida which has been online for about two years now: - 2,600 SF home, pool, electric always-on spa heater, 5 ton AC/heat pump (provides all heating and cooling) - 15KW solar PV generator, 54 panels, 3 strings of 18...

    Powerwall Charging

Great explanation of the current operation modes - thank you. I'm a newcomer to the forums here but have been enjoying a 15KW grid-tied system in Florida for almost two years now and closely following PW2 innovations, use cases, availability, etc. for much of 2017. Have a Model 3 and solar...
