I used appraisal company as after I was rear ended - St. Lucie appraisals - Frank; report was thorough and was $400; year later I'm still battling - DM claims are getting much more difficult and its a frustrating process. Good luck to you though.

AP 2.0 phantom braking scares the crap out of me sometimes and I agree with all the above!! Concerning because 2.0 is already being phased out of updates and the differences btw 2.5 were always down played

I have 2017 S75, 19k miles bought new, 90% before the winter months was 217/218 90% gets me to about 208 100% for trips is 233 right now Does this seem off?

Have been looking a while for used X for my wife; I have a S and love it. Bad idea since most Xs are AP1 - should I wait to get AP2 when more inventory arrives - or even topped out AP1 will still be awesome and we are so far from full autonomy it won’t matter...... Would love to hear thoughts...

Right.... minor collision, and I waited 3 months for backordered liftgate and rear bumper (basically all summer) .. the shops hands were tied on the eta... after escalations with Tesla parts who changed eta dates 5-6 times throughout the process it finally arrived. Once in my body shops hands...

Just went through this... you are not at fault you insurance needs to take the claim and get their money from the other party.... hell thats what we pay premiums for. As far as the shops, you'll have to go to tesla authorized shop... damage doesn't look that bad, mine was way worse took 2.5...

1.5 months without parts, 2.5 for full repair, bumper and liftgate literally took two months which where on the critical path....... still kept car for 1.5 months before I dropped off a the shop

Got my car back yesterday and it was flawless - long wait 2.5 months BUT I cannot recommend Brooks Motors of Fremont ENOUGH!!!!

yes but the issue is the customer service! do enjoy the car but after such major purchase more should be expected from the company

Bonnie did you have to way long for parts? Right now its a nightmare with delays and procurement issues.

File a claim, get it done right at authorized shop; I was rear ended may 30th; still waiting on Bumper and liftgate, file diminishing return claim as well.

Extremely frustrating.... rear ended May 30th; parts out of stock indefinitely - apparently the lift gate line has major issues - I know there are bigger issues in life but customers should not just have to deal with this to the degree that we area. Get us back up and running! Where is John...

personally I don't think the rear seat section fits that well. For me they bunch up in the corners and I'm not happy with that. Drivers and Passenger front are just fine.

Try getting rear ended in your new S but can't get replacement parts to get even get into the tesla approved shop for repairs.... 30 days and counting! :)
