Looks like you can proceed at stop signs and some traffic lights before you stop, looks like 1 to 5 mph.

I wish I knew this.... I made a video of my experience getting HW3, got it 2 years into owning my M3.

Curious if you have to reset all your settings. I did and I'm still finding things I needed to reset.

Now this is weird, I just tried it again on the same highway as this morning (going in the opposite direction) and had the severe problem over and over again. So I don't think the console restart has anything to do with it.

Are you sure its distance and not speed? I tested 40/45, 65, 70, 75, and 80 mph without recording if there were cars in front of me. Perhaps a combination of both.

Exactly!!! The other problem is that my charger doesn't allow me to remove it until I open a door, this is real pain!! Anyone else hate this???

It is safe and only have noticed a problem if the merge is really slow in stop and go traffic. It doesn't respond as fast as I would normally, but it slows down in plenty of time.
