The question is why all the sudden this happens to multiple cars after the new version of software updates. Obviously something in the software triggered the failure.

Wanted to follow up with the original post. Adding the weekend peak for 30min between 9:30pm-10pm did the trick. My Powerwalls did exactly just what i wanted in the original post. I did have to call support for them to upgrade my firmware 1.44.2 for the change to stick. The previous firmware...

got it! makes sense. Thanks for all the info. I forgot you were on self-powered. i used to switch to self-powered mode during the weekend since i normally don't charge my car during the weekend and have the system charge-discharge as needed...but that could be a pain in the rear.

how is your system still discharge pass 8pm into super off peak time until 11?

but if you do this, the system won't discharge below 70% which defeat the purpose of having the fully charged batteries with solar to use during peak time (if usage is more than 30% that is)

If I set the system as you suggested above, would there be any discharging during the off-peak at all? What i like right now is the powerwalls also discharge during shoulder time. if we set shoulder as off-peak, there is no discharging correct?

YEs, ITC credit is good for Powerwalls if installed together with solar on the same contract.

Hi All, just wanted to let you all know that i got my $300 rebate today from Doug. I was on the list on the original thread and my car was done back in early July. According to Doug, the 20th car was just done on Friday...so even though it took a little time, you will get your rebate!

yea the whole reason why i did the ceramic coating is because i am lazy to wash car. ideally, if i can wash and just air pressure the water off the car without drying, it would be golden. Will let you know how it goes.

when you said you switched to an external battery, i am assuming you are talking about the blackvue external battery?

so was your install stay intact after Tesla service center replaced the battery? like the service people didn't remove the "3rd party" accessories? Do you have the 2 channel and did you install with the blackvue battery? If not, did you have any issues with the blackvue running parking mode...

Hi all, I have read somewhere on the forums that people were having issues installing the Blackvue750s 2ch dash cam drawing power directly from the 12v battery. Is it still an issue? or have installers found a solution? I am planning to have Doug from Concour Auto Spa to install the cameras...

Does anyone know anywhere on the model 3 screen interface, is there a paired phone battery indicator? Typically, I see the battery icon in most car...was wondering if this is somewhere on the screen i dont know...if not, it should definitely be a software feature request to Tesla software engineer!

And the car is back on the account. As Jamnmon66 indicated, it was back in the account a few hours after it was removed from the account. I did notice that the phone is no longer set as a "key" and i have to go to the process to set it up again...

Ahhh ok thank you. Its annoying to use the card as i had it a protective sleeve and it wouldn't work. I would have to take it out before the car can recognize the key. Thanks for your response though.

Less than 24 after taking delivery of our Model 3, this morning I got a "Sign-in Failed", There are no products linked to your Tesla account. I called the support line and the tech support indicated that its "normal" and should be back within 72hrs. Anyone else with this same issues?
