Just thought I'd update, I got the email from OPPD yesterday that it was approved and they'll send out the check in 5-10 business days.

I registered my car today, so I was able to submit my OPPD rebate application. Pretty straight forward process if you have all the docs, then it just said they'll let me know in a couple weeks via email. I will update when I hear something.

Still waiting on my final paperwork from Tesla in order to register, then I'll put in for the OPPD thing and post here about how that goes.

I've read from numerous sources that they cannot waive the delivery fee even if you were to pick it up directly from the factory, usually people reference that there is some sort of law against it.

From the other thread I think I'm the closest one and I'm waiting on a VIN (configured on the 5th). I think everyone else that has posted has either already gotten theirs, don't live in Douglas county, or are still waiting to configure like you.
