Free supercharge definitely will not happen. But they fix this issue in 24 hours and enable me for rest of my road trip, which I think it is very reasonable and I appreciated. Heading to San Diego today!! Traffic is nightmare but EAP is so awesome that I am very relaxing !

Cannot agree with you more. While it can fix current bug it can also introduce bug any time in the future and break your car down remotely

Solid tips, I will not do anymore OTA before any road trip in the future

The Kettleman station lougue is nice through. Big enough that i can play hide and seek with my two years.

Yes I do have credit card in Tesla, I have use it for car deposit and accessories purchasing without any issue. And Tesla technician has trouble shooting this, he did not find any account issue, need to hand over to engineer team for further trouble shooting.

Plan to charge it until I have enough safe range to arrive LA hotel and drop it off at service center first thing in the morning. It is hard for me to finish this trip without super charge. And the hotel I booked does not even have a charge station

There are quite a few people charging here , they saw me using wall plug and friendly reminded me to use super charge and it would be much faster...... thanks for you all for kind advice....

yes I may get luck and unlocked a hidden feature in V9!! For the people still waiting for your car, please add supercharge test to your checklist, otherwise you may stuck somewhere on your way home after picking up.......

My theory is that as soon as you click remove supercharge stop during navigation, this feature will be remove forevet until you get big software update(such as V9). Just need some volunteer to confirm my theory......
