Help~trip planner option is gone

Hi,

Need some help for a road trip tomorrow. I used to have trip planner feature that will include super charge location I need to stop if destination is out of range. But I clicked remove super charger station one time on the screen, now I do not have trip planner feature anymore. If I navigate to out of range location it will just give me warming “charging needed to reach destination” and show me bettey left -99% when arrive.

I read manual again and there suppose to be trip planner setting in navigation setting so you can enable it. But I do not have such a setting. Attached picture.

I feels like I did not set up properly but I could not figure out what the problem is. I have software version 2018.32.2

Can anyone help to take a picture of you navigation setting? I want to confirm if other people have trip planner option or not

The Tesla internet was down yesterday. That may have had something to do with it. Might be fine again when it comes back up.

No I had this issue for a while, before Tesla service is down

Yes I reboot by holding two button , same issue.

what did support say?

I stopped by service center, they said they can put me into queue and it will take one hour before someone can take a look at. I do have chance to drop my car yet. But apparently this is software issue as I understand

My theory is that as soon as you click remove supercharge stop during navigation, this feature will be remove forevet until you get big software update(such as V9).

Just need some volunteer to confirm my theory......

This issue has been resolved with another issue. Please read here if you have same issue: First Road trip with model 3.....really sucks.....
