How far from the car do you have to be before your car senses you and releases the door handles? I ask this because I usually have to stand about less than a foot from my driver passenger door before my car recognizes that I'm around and unlocks itself. Sometimes it takes longer than 5 seconds...

I'm experiencing a weird "slipping" if I back up while my wheel turned all the way to the left. It's like two objects are touching and they slip past each other. Or as if I ran something over. I'm having a hard time explaining it, lol. Anyone have this issue with their car?
