Once production was complete, payment/paperwork/delivery took no time at all. My X was ready for pickup 2 days ago. They were originally estimating pickup after Thanksgiving, but I guess it arrived early.

Do you mind sharing who told you that you will get the adjustment? I’m looking at a $3800 price change since placing the order, and still waiting for delivery. Thanks!

Update: X went into production 10/30 and as of this morning, production is complete and in transit. Have yet to receive a response from DS regarding non-delivery related questions from a few weeks back and no delivery text or ETA. Still happy to see progress though...

I placed my order on 9/5 and my X just went into production this morning (I’m in TX). The waiting game is hard...I’m not sure how production order and fulfillment is determined, but I have been (neurotically) checking my account status daily.

We recently purchased an S100D and our other DS was very responsive (maybe I should email her). On a more exciting note, my X just went into production today!! :)

My sales rep called about an inventory vehicle with < 50 miles that was identical to the one I ordered. However, there was no discount and I would have to pay $2000 to ship it, so I turned it down and told him I would wait. I wasn’t going to pay more to get it sooner...so I guess it’s a November...

When I had the overnight loaner, my kids loved how much room they had for their backpacks and sports gear (6-seat configuration). They also loved that the FWD allowed them easy access into and out of the vehicle in carpool, while lugging their backpacks and extra gear.

This is so true! Obsidian black is a great color. It was the color of my overnight loaner and even though I wasn’t considering black before, it almost swayed me to change my mind because it looked *that* good. I’m sad to hear that it (and silver metallic) have been discontinued. Enjoy~!

While hemming and hawing over paint color and wheels, I saw the projected delivery date change from late September to November. On 9/4, it was late September and on 9/5 (which I when I placed the order/paid the deposit), it was November. ‍♀️
