To close this out, cause was blown inline fuses. Repair cost $1014.95 + tax. Does anyone know where to buy these 500V '2004266' fuses for the next time this happens?

My car is in storage in PA and it's throwing an error 1118 'Powertrain Problem Service Required.' The charging ring is white. According to the VDS error code list this is 'DMC FW: Voltage Discharge Time Warning.' Has anyone seen this before? I guess next step is to have it towed to the closest...

I’ll keep the 400V controller in mind for the future but to circle back on this, running a new outlet and wire from the panel solved the issue for me. I think with the summer in full swing the AC is putting load on the house’s older electrical system.

If I watch OVMS while the messages come in I can see that voltage is at 124V so I don’t think low voltage is the issue.

Thanks for the additional info. The car is already on its way to PA and will be there and in storage before its current registration expires. I don't expect it to need to driven on public roads since it will be on private property the whole time (plugged in BTW).

That's probably good advice but I'm hopeful the general community will provide reasonable consensus without the misery and suffering involved with interacting with the DMV. At least three years I think, but could be longer.
