“Update your policy” button greyed out

It’s been like that the entire past week (in the manage your policy section of the app insurance area). Underneath that says there’s a pending change to my policy and to call in if I need any other changes. I haven’t made any changes and calling them puts me hours on hold.

Got through today finally. They said policy was renewing soon so it gets locked from app updates.
