Are TPMS included? Would this rub on a stock RWD?

Sorry, no TPMS. I have an AWD performance “stealth” so no performance brakes. I used a 3mm spacer for the front that I will include. No rubbing on the rear or front. Wheels sit flush, especially on the 265’s.
