It's not 'offered with' the Model 3, but it isn't that hard to install the aftermarket receiver. After buying our Model Y and realizing how nice a hitch rack was when compared to the roof rack I had been using on my model 3, I installed the Stealth Hitch receiver on my Model 3. The ground clearance is much less than on the Model Y, and I scraped it once on a steep driveway, but it gets the job done and now I can use hitch racks on either car. Finally, I really wish a hitch receiver were offered with the Model 3 and Model S. The number of cars overall with aftermarket receivers installed is quite high. Look around for them. They’re everywhere. Even if they had a very low tow limit it’d be fine because as often as not they’re not for towing but for the bike rack in question.
