2014 Model S 85 Update to 10.2 and all settings lost

I'm assuming there's no recovery for all my settings and trip meters but I thought I'd ask. My car updated this week and in doing so it seemed to get stuck and needed to reboot 3-4 times before applying the update. After complete, all my settings and data were gone. I'm setting up nav favorites, drivers, car configuration from scratch. The only thing that it kept is my streaming audio station favorites.

I think I know the answer but is there any way to recover my original settings?

There is an alternative partition but your emmc might be corrupted due to an ongoing issue due to poor emmc and maintenance by Tesla until recently. Contact service and see if they can restore from the other partition and cross your fingers. Also consider proactive daughter board replacement.
