2014 Tesla Model S blend door actuator

My air conditioning wont come through my two center front vents any longer. the two front side ones are about 80% less than normal airflow.

i think its the blend door actuator. there is some grinding sound on the driver side behind the dashboard its probably the broken actuator. would love some advice or links to videos on how to fix this problem. cant seem to find much online.

yes, its very difficult to know which one to replace.

Meant to look at all of them, how easy/hard to replace then try to listen in what area noise coming from n start there

Do you know someone with a thermal camera? Maybe you can see the blockage
