Good to excellent condition Whispbar for your 2015 Tesla Model S. The unit was fitted to a 2015 Model S with Panoramic Roof with no issue. Protective film applied to the top of each rail.

I am not sure of the compatibility with the 2013. Perhaps a quick call to Yakima/Whisbar might confirm.

It depends what SmartFoot kit the seller has. My understanding is that the (newer) K930 kit comes with bolts/attachment for both original and new roof mounts. Check with OP to see if he has all the original parts.

For attachment to the 2015 MS with Pano simply flip up the roof access flaps and thread the foot bolt into the receiver of the roof flap. All of the hardware that is needed for this installation are included and pictured.

This was how I used this Whispbar and box.

Quick overview -

1. Open the access flap on the Tesla roof
2. Screw in the anchor bolt and place Whispbar Foot
3. Attach Whispbar rack and screw thumbscrew down
4. Slide Whispbar end cap and lock.
