I guess I'm not sure. And it looks like you and tpham07 are right.

literally from Tesla.com. 6 seaters use monopost middle seats which everyone knows cannot lay flat. 7 seat language "middle and rear row folds flat" but 6 seat says only "rear row folds flat." What you probably are thinking of is the new 7 seater 2nd row can fold flat. previously they could not (because they were monopost design, but now they are bench)Screen Shot 2018-05-06 at 10.12.46 PM.png
