I just purchased my first Tesla MS100D and the backup camera was working normally, then as soon as the car got activated on my mobile app, the backup camera stopped working. Just displays a blank screen.
It can't be a hardware issue because the rear view is recording in sentry mode. I have attempted a reboot, power off and switching from park to reverse and back all to no avail.
If anyone has any recommendations, I'd appreciate the input!
