I was given an email to send changing financing. They're pretty quick about getting back. Just include your reservation number and maybe send it form the email that you have on your Tesla account. [email protected] is who I emailed. I guess because I'm in Central US. Maybe they have a western US email but I'm not sure.

The Corporate Tesla person I spoke with recommended waiting until I was close to receiving my new car to switch from the Cash to Financing option, since the financing is only good for 30 days. I'll shop around myself anyway, but will likely just leave mine as "Cash" in the Tesla system for now.

In the unlikely event the person I spoke with had accurate data and my car goes into production Dec 9-12, when will I likely receive a VIN? 2 weeks prior to production? When production starts? What has been the experience here?

Especially since the trend has been that the cars are sitting at the Fremont rail yard for an additional week after they get moved there.

I'm actually in Nebraska (but I can see how you read my "NE" as New England), so I'll be picking up at the Kansas City location. Hopefully it won't take long to get from California to the mid-west!

rate is technically only good for 30 days. approval is good for 90 I believe. but the advice is, always choose cash first. VIN then switch to financing via your SA.

Tesla called me yesterday to asked if I wanted my car delivered early - er, helz yes! Finally!

I can't imagine that it would because it's pretty fixed. but it "could" then again... mine didn't say it expired and to reapply till like 7 months after my approval

Follow the bouncing ball continues. From a two week end of December window for the last two weeks to Jan 5- Feb 2 today.

And today we are back to 12/17-12/31

Congrats to all who received vins and hopefully the ones pushed to next year will get back to this year. My edd is 12/4-12/31 hopefully it holds

It’s been one week with the Plaid! I love it

I forgive Tesla for their unending fvckups in communicating with me over the past 14 months.

That said, I can’t drive this car for the next 2 days… summer tires and it’s freezing outside! Goddammit! Tire appointment not until Tuesday!

we have same color but mine with 19 amd walnut. my edd is dec 3-21. I hope you get your vin soon!
