2021 MY totaled. What’s the new wait time?

MY jumped the curved and hit another vehicle. Front end was damaged and insurance told me that it is likely to be totaled.
so I am looking to order a new MY in a few days. Looked at the website and it shows a March delivery…that’s a 6 month wait.
Last Sept. I got it within a few weeks. I will pick up the car in Richmond, Va.

If you order a performance model, sometime late this year. Long range is March 2022. Sucks but that is what it is.

In what scenario would Tesla be liable? The driver should be ready to take over if there’s a fault of Autopilot.
