2021 Model Y Performance
6,782 miles
Vehicle is not charging with either (1) the provided Tesla Charger, or (2) a Wallbox Pulsar Plus (connected to a 40 amp 220v outlet). However, I am able to charger at Superchargers.
I plug the charger intoneither the Tesla Charger or the Wallbox and I receive the following error messages:
-Charging equipment not ready.
-External charging equipment not providing power.
-Unable to charge.
When connected to my Wallbox, I receive a notification from the Wallbox that states the vehicle is not attempting to draw power. The Wallbox has worked without issue for 2 months. I have (I) reset both chargers, (ii) performed a soft reset of the vehicle (held the scroll wheels down until the screen went black), and (iii) cycled the power of the vehicle.
Any ideas? I've seen a video about a potentially loose connection under the seat. Could this be it?
I have a service appointment scheduled for March 1, but I have to drive up to the mountains Sunday and again Monday.
