Any idea why my Mobile connector does not charge at all? I just had a 32 amp power installed today with 32 amp tail but it is still not charging. I only had the new car for 1 week. It first says “Starting to charge” but then stops, it never worked ever since i got it. I reset and software is also updated. Wifi connected. I tried everything. No issue with Superchargers/ public charging. Do you think it is my actual UMC that has an issue? Help
