2022 mode 3 long range, Can I do 19*9.5 rear rim ET35

Currently running on OEM tire and rim, I am about to get a flow formed 19*8.5 front and 19*9.5 ET 35
This is my first time switching aftermarket rims ,so I am just wondering it is wise to do different front and rear width set up
Also, Can I put OEM 235/40R19 tire on 19*9.5 rim?

I'd just do 19x9.5 squared. With 245/40 tires.

If you go narrower than 255-wide tires on 9.5-wide rims, your will have zero protection from curbs. Even a minor mistake while parking will ruin your new rims.

Also, not sure why you'd want to bother with a staggered setup. If you want it for looks, there are plenty of solutions on this board via spacers.
