I believe only a 120V, 15A charging cable is provided. Plus J-1772 adapter.

A charger is not provided. I used my 2018 mobile connector with my 24M3P and it works fine, but if this is your first Tesla and plan on charging at home you will need to get a charger seperately

No. I recommend buying and installing a dedicated EV charger. Do you have a dedicated 240V receptacle or were you thinking of charging from a 120V household receptacle?

No, unless you order a Mobil Connector. That will come with a 120-volt (household type) adapter, as a 14-50 adapter for a 240-volt circuit, and a J-1772 adapter. The 120 worked OK for me while I figured out where I was going to put a new 240 receptacle, and who was going to install it. It's very slow, delivering only 10 to 12 amps. If you run down the battery on your commute, it can conceivably take longer than overnight to recharge it. The 240-volt circuit delivers up to 50 amps, but only if you have the right cable. I had an existing 240-volt circuit for my tools that I thought I would be able to use, but the circuit was only 20 amp, so I chose to install a whole new circuit.
