2024 Highland Standard Range Stops Charging at 94%

As recommended I have been charging to 100% on a weekly basis. The last 3-4 times the charging has stopped at 94%. What are potential causes? Is this a common problem?

It's common for the BMS (battery management system) to calibrate the percentages and miles.

The current 94% could be recalibrated as 100%, reflecting that in the future.

It is very probable that there is a large imbalance between the cells, causing the enetgy onboard to be lower than 100%, as the cell with the highest voltage set the charging stop when it reaches 100%.

Charge to the set 100%. Let the car sleep overnight without sentry/cabin overheat etc. It probably would charge higher next time, and charge to set 100% the day after. Same procedure again. Repeat as needed to reach 100% SOC after the charge.
