Anyone find OEM quality black badges (front "T", rear "dual motor" and rear "TESLA") for the 2024 Model 3? I've found a few, but they appear cheap quality and/or font/size doesn't match OEM.

Use black plasti dip. Watch a tutorial on YouTube. Superfast mat had a video on this, that's a good starting point. Spend a good amount of time masking the area and making sure that you are not over spraying on to other parts of the car.
When I had PPF done on my car, the shop ordered blacked out badges. Only the dual motor badge arrived on time, and I really like this badgeless look so I ended up not installing the front logo + back letters.
I got the matte black badges and they are identical to the OEM ones in terms of quality. Now I know that the Dual Motor badge on the 2024 Model 3 doesn't have the underline, and I would mention this to the PPF guy if I were there when they put it on, but it doesn't bother me. Otherwise it's identical to the OEM.
(There is a thread about how the front Tesla badge on the 2024 Model 3s is different from the older ones, so YMMV)

A few things to note with these: they are metal, stick out much more than stock, but are painted so it’s possible the paint could peel later. If the paint comes off then I’m going to buy ABS version.
