I wanted to ask if I have 235/35/20 can I put the 235/40/20? That would work?
I think it's unlikely. You're adding almost an inch to the overall diameter of the tire. Here's a post by someone who mounted a 235/50-18 tire on their Model 3. A 235/50-18 is the same diameter, or maybe slightly smaller than a 235/40-20.

So everyone still happy with 245/35/20? No issues with the +1.1% diameter change from stock 235/35/20 and ABS/traction control. I know certain manufacturers recommend staying less than 1% change (BMW). There are just so many more tire options with this sizing. 255/35/29 also seems popular here, but that’s an even larger % diameter change.

How many are running 29 inch wheels? 😉
