Assuming you mean the Gen 1 6-15 adapter, Tesla only made this briefly a few years ago. It’s probably the least commonly used type out there. EVSEadapters could probably make one for you. Gen 2 6-15 adapter is available on the Tesla web site.

Tony over at QCP is showing these UMC adapters in stock for 65 bucks. Please keep in mind that the 80hr/wk youngster running the Gen I UMC program at the time effed up the orientation of this adapter by 90 degrees requiring the brick to be supported on its side to relieve cable stress at the adapter and brick. It was quite silly for Tesla to even offer such an adapter for this very old and rare receptacle. The far more common outlet is a 6-20 (aka window air conditioner outlet) that also accepts a 6-15P.
