70D Model S 2016 - Lease Assumption

    Lease assumption, located near Los Angeles, CA. Car delivered March 9, 2016 with 3 year lease (ends 2019). Payment $939 /mo. + tax through Tesla Leasing (US Bank). Residual $55k.

    You need to put the miles allocated on the lease. (ie 36k miles allowed, currently 5k, $0.25/mi)

    Also is sales tax includes in the payment? Makes a difference (in Texas no sales tax on lease payments, you pay it when you originate the lease on the entire cap cost so xferring a lease into Texas is quite attractive).

    Total miles allowed is 36,000 (1k / month). Currently has 7,900 miles on it.
