The invoice for this car shows $12,000 for "Replacement Battery". I assume that is the pre-paid battery option. Is it possible to verify that this exists for a specific VIN? By that I mean that the battery has not already been replaced and is available to the next owner?

Battery replacement agreement states that it can be transfered to a new owner. I know the item has ended but if the battery has not been replaced then it should be valid for the new owner to arrange replacement for up to 10 years from the initial 1st buyer's purchse.
