A Gen 1 UMC without a plug adaptor is not functionally usable, correct?

I've got a Model 3 but posting here as it is Model S part. I interested in a Gen 1 that wolud allow me 40A. It would not really be mobile, it'd be tried to a certain location. Probably never unplugged.

I found a couple on eBay but they both lack a plug adaptor. It isn't really usable without that, correct? What does it take to find one of those, and how much $ usually?
