It would be great if there were a reaction like I empathize / That sucks / Sorry for you. Sometimes you want to show support for someone but the available choices of Agree / Disagree / Helpful / Informative don't really fit...

Yes. I've been hanging out in the waiting room, a frowny face would be good when people's EDD's get moved back, for example.

Yes, I would find this useful. I often would like to commiserate with another poster and the thumbs down reaction doesn't really fit the bill there.
Yes, I have been seeing people use “agree” and “disagree” signs for EDD delay posts and it doesn’t feel like a proper reaction.

I wouldnt mind another positive reaction, such as something that shows empathy, but wouldnt personally want to see anything that could remotely be construed as another negative reaction.
For example, I wouldnt want a "frown face" or anything like that, as it would likely end up as another "weaponized" reaction, like the "disagree" reaction is used, for example.
I am not sure what is the appropriate reaction / emoji for empathy is, though.

So I discussed this with Doug and we are interested in adding a sympathy-type reaction, and are even potentially open to adding other reactions that may be missing and that the community feels are needed. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions as to what reactions you'd like to see. Please include the name and the icon you think it should use. You can look for icons here: Icons | Font Awesome
