Advice: Error THC_d0013_coolantHeater

I replaced the coolant heater along with the 12v battery and alert still persists. I noticed in ScanMytesla the coolant heater outlet will show 421F and sometime drop to 81F. Went to tesla and they ran toolbox against the car and didn't see anything standing out. Any ideas what to look into next? 2016 MS75D Oct Build with 127k miles.

Went to start the car and it wouldn’t move. Bunch more errors attached I disconnected/reconnected fireman loop and 12v all is good. Still coolant heater error

Car has been at the tesla service center for a week now. They claim they still are diagnosing and can't figure out the issue.
