After upgraded Tesla App, I can't "keyless drive" the car

I have a 2018 Model X 75D.

My two key fobs are dead. I have scheduled to replace two key fobs.

I used to use my phone as the key to start the car and to drive, every time I need to type in my password to start the car, which is fine to me.

Two days ago, I upgraded the Tesla App, brand new interface, looks good. But the issue is I can't use my phone to start my car anymore, and my key don't work anymore.

Does anyone know if "keyless driving" is ever supported by the new app?

Now my car is parked on my driveway and not even able to go to the service center...

Awesome, thanks for letting us know. Not that I used the new app for starting the car but I was over hearing that you no longer need to re authenticate in the app to drive away.

Issue solved! I called roadside assistance and they helped me to reset "security".
Which problem did you solve? Starting for app or key fob not working.

I have similar problem: Can get in & start from app, but the 2 key fobs do not work since upgrading 2 days ago. Any idea on what needs to be done (replace battery on one of the key fobs, but didn’t do anything to help).
