Hi All, this is Ronald from HK, i am facing a situtation even Tesla cant solve, i have read almost all tesla forum and still couldnt find out the issue.

Background Story
replace both upper and lower arm (right hand side)
during the replacement, for sure the mechanic didnt put the jack mode on and mess up.
after repair, the front suspension is way too high(3.5 fingers) and rear is normal (2 fingers) even i set to the lowest
if i remember well, it should be around 1.5 to 2 finger when it set to lowest
however, i send back to Tesla and ask them for recalibration, but they said it is normal and nothing can be done.
does anyone have the same issue ? i was thinking if there it can fixed if i changed to a new level sensor since the mechanic didnt use jack mode and mess up
