All emails in Quebec now arriving in french only, any way to change this?

Bit of an odd question here. Today I noticed that emails coming in from [email protected] in response to a service request, are in French only. Perhaps due to Bill 96 or something. My account as far as I can tell is set to English, all my conversations and past emails have been in English. Does anyone else have this issue, and does anyone know how to change the language now for email correspondence?

Next step is for all new vehicles to be delivered with a trunk full of smokes and a tub of poutine. I think it's the law now.

Bill 96 does require they send in French, unless one requests in English. There doesn't appear to be a way to request English despite my account saying I wish to use English. Don't forget the Louis Vachon cakes in the glove box.
