I frequently drag race and it appears that you can't get Drag Radials in the sizes that come with the Model X Plaid. I was thinking in getting a set of wheels and install 275/40R20 in front and 295/40R20 Nitto Drag Radials in the rear. Those would have a slightly smaller diameter. Based on specs, that setup would fit on the 9 inch /10 inch wide wheels on the Plaid.
However, I wonder if that would cause any issues with the AWD system that coordinates front and rear motors. I wonder if a difference in the height of front and rear tires would cause an issue??
