I have waited a long as I could before posting this but wanted to get the opinion of the hive mind before wasting time calling the service center. I have noticed that several new updates have been released accordingly to some facebook groups I am on however I am still on 2019.40.2.1. I just took delivery of the car about 2 weeks ago. Is it possible that the updates have just not been pushed to my car or since there have been several updates, something is wrong?
Ok forget it. My bad. I had my USB charger plugged into the front port. Just the wire, without having it plugged into the phone. I unplugged it and the update started immediately. Sorry to have wasted 20 seconds of your time reading this thread!
My car has a USB hub and dash cam card in it all the time, never appeared to impact downloading of updates. Curious
I did find some threads and posts where folks were unable to get updates until after they unplugged their various USB devices. It is quirky and sounds like it doesn't affect everyone.
