[Android app] App (and persistent notification) doesn't start at phone power on

Hi all,
First time poster here, model 3 owner since September 2020.
I use a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and, since June, my phone key doesn't work.
Every time my phone boots I have to open the app (once per phone reboot): in this way the persist notification appears and phone key works.
I received a couple of Tesla App updates in the meantime (now I'm in 4.10 version) but no fix.
Actually the rendered car image in the widget is weird but I don't care: Phone key is more important

So: any feedback, tips, comments?

Also: no battery optimization and so on..

Same issue. An update in the past few months to the Tesla Android app seems to have stopped it from automatically starting in the background.

I tested this with two Tesla app versions and found the following:

Tesla app v3.10.9 - starts on boot in the background
Tesla app v4.10.1 - must be manually launched

Is this a known issue and/or is there a solution?
