Tesla Android App Persistent Notification no longer showing

I am still waiting for my Tesla to arrive but I had a Persistent Notification from Tesla App on my android phone which worked until a couple of days back.

4 days back I hired a Tesla for a couple of days and a few hours after returning the Tesla, the persistent notification on my phone disappeared. I tried clearing cache, data, reinstalling the app, and restarting the phone. Also I've checked the notification settings and they are set to allow. Persistent notifications from other apps are showing. Anyone else facing similar issues?

Seems possible it doesn't show unless you have a vehicle linked and selected in the app?

But I've had the notification always. Ever side I ordered my Tesla.
