On long drives, I usually pull up Youtube on the mobile device, and play videos through over Bluetooth. Just last week, I had my Tesla reboot numerous times, and was finally able to narrow it down.
Certain songs have the :fire: emoji in the title. When I would play a song with that title, the Tesla computer would reboot.
Audio source: Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
However, I couldn't reproduce when playing over my iPhone!
This was with 2019.32.12.1 version and was completely reproducible ( a good dozen times ).
Does it happen to you?
To reproduce, go to Youtube and find something (e.g. "Alan Walker MIX 2019 Bass (VIDEO shuffle dance)") but like I said, the same song over my iPhone wouldn't - of course there would be no titles.
The charset for things like :music: would work just fine, only the :fire: appeared to have the issue.
