Another Panel comes off

Which leads to an obvious question: Is this panel attached with screws, or merely some kind of nylon clip or snap-ons? As no screw holes are evident from the outside it seems like the latter - meaning that there's no guarantee this won't happen more and more over time as these parts grow old over time.

It's plastic so it's going to be attached by clips, not screws. From the thread, it seems there is also adhesive tape that is used for extra strength and the issue is it seems during assembly the protective plastic over that tape was not removed, so that tape actually was not properly applied.
