Any scissor jack recommended for tesla ?

I think a 2.5-T could work, but 5-T is even better.

The only concern would be the Height:

Collapsed: 4-1/4" + adding a 1" Hockey Jack Pad = 5-1/4"​
You might not have enough clearance?

Note: I use one jack at the front location (below the driverdoor) to start lifting the car,
and then I can insert the second jack at the rear location (below the rear passenger door).
But I have a Model 3, may be the Model Y rear clearance would be enough?

I would recommend anyway using two jacks, to make easier to lift the car which is quite heavy.

This is the 2.5-T Jack that I use, I like the Ratchet Handle, but I had to remove the top rail adapter to make it flat.

Also in your case, I don't see any handle? May be you need to use the tool that you use to remove the bolts of your wheels.

I would also carry a set of 12" square piece of plywood to put under the base of the jack, as show on this picture:
