I finally decided to get a roof rack for the 3 instead of loading my bike in the trunk. All was easy when ordering, but the rack I received has scratches on one of the crossmembers and the small parts bags arrived having been cut open and taped closed.
Has anyone gone through this and if so, how was it resolved? I've sent emails to onlinesales, but don't really have any expectation that I'll get a response based on what I've read here. I'd be ok accepting a returned product if it was still in new condition, but this one isn't.
