MPP Model 3/Y FUCA and rear camber arms

I’m selling my never installed Corkscrew Front Upper Control Arms and Arastradero Rear Camber Arms from Mountain Pass Performance. Rear camber arms still sealed in original plastic. Just took the front ball joints out of their paper wrapping for the picture. On the FUCA, these are the prior gen...

Anybody received used/returned merch from shop.tesla.com online sales?

I finally decided to get a roof rack for the 3 instead of loading my bike in the trunk. All was easy when ordering, but the rack I received has scratches on one of the crossmembers and the small parts bags arrived having been cut open and taped closed. Has anyone gone through this and if so...

Kenriko Chrome Delete Kit: Show off your tips and pictures here

I ordered one of Kenriko's kits when they became available again shortly after taking delivery and am super happy with the results. Not perfect, but like a lot of people who post on car forums I'm pretty critical of my car and my own work. I doubt that someone just checking the car out would...

    M3P at VIR Grand

Hey, I didn't notice any fade, but I never threshold braked either. I let off the throttle a little early, let the regen slow the car a bit, then braked and rolled into the corners. There was also a red Model 3 Perf there that day, so definitely good to get more cars on track. The chademo...

    M3P at VIR Grand

First time on track with the Model 3 and what a blast. I had the best intentions to change brake fluid to DOT4, but I never got the time so the car was fully stock except for 18" Apex EC-7 with old Bridgestone RE-11 tires I pulled off my former Cayman. Even though the tires were a little...

    P3D+ Street/Track/Time Trial Build

Good stuff, I've been following this thread and just picked up my P3D+ last week, also in NC. Did you work with someone at MCS or a particular dealer to figure out the setup or was it trial and error? I've been looking at MCS but no packages out yet for Tesla. I've been driving at VIR for 10+...

Delayed delivery and return timeframe question/advice

Maybe the whole family just had really small bladders... Just so the interwebs can sleep at night knowing the saga is complete, I did end up returning the car before the 7-day and am picking up a full performance this weekend. The original car was still sitting outside in the body shop parking...

    PUP Price Increase

Interesting, I never noticed it went up while I've been looking around the last month or so. I did just get a new pair of glasses yesterday so I'll chalk it up to better vision.

    PUP Price Increase

I didn't see this posted yet so hopefully its not a repeat. I just noticed on my reservation that PUP is now $6,000. I suppose heavy demand for the performance 3 is driving a price increase, but at what price do the enhancements over a P3D- top out? I thought $5k was about the limit with the...

Help me choose my next set of track wheels!

It's not on your list, but I'm liking these. Also seems to match your style. 18x9.5

Delayed delivery and return timeframe question/advice

Thanks, that's a good analogy about the apartment. You don't know the neighbor above you has three kids until you've moved in. I probably need to worry less and drive more.

Delayed delivery and return timeframe question/advice

I'm hoping for some opinions / advice on a delivery issue. I ordered a solid black / white P3D- and went to pick up at delivery last Wednesday. It had some paint defects that I wasn't happy with, so they looked for other P3D- cars and none were available anywhere with a white interior and only...

Do you regret your color choice?

I'm wondering whether I'll regret my color choice. I went to take delivery of my solid black P3D- this past Wednesday and found four fisheyes in the paint and a super small door ding. Black shows everything.... It's getting fixed now and they put me in a solid black model S and I already had...

    NIB Model S/X/3 Wall Connector - 24'

I ordered the wall connector when I ordered the car, then it took a while to come in so I went ahead with a nema 14-50 plug and just never got around to having the wall connector installed before I sold my car. Never taken out of the shipping box, so ready to slap a new shipping label on and...

    2017 Model S 100D - North Carolina

Hey, just saw the follow up posts so I'll try and answer what I can. I was trying to find if supercharging transfers to the new owner and from my MyTesla acct it says it doesn't. Didn't this change for everyone at the end of 2017 (where free supercharging doesn't transfer to the next owner?)...

    2017 Model S 100D - North Carolina

For sale is my 2017 Model S 100D – 12,000 miles – North Carolina - $83,000 (I'll add pics when it stops raining.....) It's been a short run with the Tesla, but a good one. I bought the car last year when I knew I would be driving a 150-mile round trip commute (and I had been lusting for a...

Where is the front radar on HW2 cars located?

I found this thread when I was looking for the same thing (after a short drive in light snow disabled the TACC). I like pictures so this service doc helped me out. Now just need to figure a way to keep that area clear.

MS with coils: Another thread in search of a solution...

So just completing my first month of Model S ownership (2017 100D) :) I'll do a little more comprehensive review later, but this thread is interesting to me because I also would like a little more sportiness out of the stock coil suspension. I'm not totally dissatisfied with the stock...

SF sues oil companies because of climate change

I'd be all in for an additional California tax, just don't make my California dairy cheese more expensive... ;) "If it's structured correctly..." That's the big challenge. Unfortunately, I don't think a tax would ever stop at the pump. Higher fuel costs would be reflected at the grocery store...

SF sues oil companies because of climate change

Also, did SF zoning officials approve the building of any gas stations in the city? Obviously yes, so now they they have no choice but to sue themselves for encouraging the problems of big oil. I'd be curious to know the number of pending building permits for gas stations in SF today and how...

SF sues oil companies because of climate change

That's sort of the line of thinking I had also when I read this. I don't doubt that the refineries contribute to air pollution, but are they entirely responsible for global warming? IF this were even an argument, I'd think ICE manufacturers would be more responsible for pollution than the oil...

New owner in NC - Greetings!

I'll be picking up my 100D MS this week at the Raleigh center and I'm super excited! I've been contemplating getting a Tesla for a couple of years, but a new job with a significant commute finally got me to pull the trigger. The car is a stripper with only EAP. Premium has a lot of nice...
