anybody recently installed powerwalls in RHODE ISLAND?

i already have two powerwalls in basment along with solar and im trying to add 3 or more and they sare saying that only max of 2 powerwalls inside home even though this is the first im hearing of this. im perfectly set up to have more powerwalls in my basement instead of putting them outside.

So I saw this:

which suggests a max of 40kwh inside the house. At 13.5kwh, 3 x power wall would just fall over.

I convinced them to put them in my basement just hoping they follow through. They have cancelled and rescheduled twice already for a second appointment so they can check the impedance of the grid.
