When’s the last time a CD paid enough interest to be worth mentioning?

Well, they are paying me 3% on a couple CD's right now, maturing in June and another in September. Beats paying 3% or more on a loan for 60 months, which would amount to spending much more in the long run. The car CD is the later one, so no Tesla for me until then. Realistically, I'll delay until 2021 now that my 401K is, well, I don't even want to look at my 401K at all.

Yup. And in four days time, too. Yet, they'll tax me the same when the money comes out of it. Perhaps even more.
