The only issue is that it might be impossible to keep actual cream colored mats looking decent. Though these 3D mats are called tan, I think their color is closer to cream than tan. I like how they look on the photos posted as they blend in well with the cream interior.
I think for my needs they will clean up just fine. For winter, the plan is to use the cream colored Lloyd rubber mats with little circles in them to trap snow and grime and the rubber mats would be a lot easier to hose of and clean.
I think I might like the black. I think the big contrast might look good. And like you guys said it should for sure won’t show the dirt as bad as the lighter colors.

If anyone is put off by the ugly 3D logo, I have a bit of a solution for you. You can remove the logo but that leaves two holes on the mat. So what you do is flip the logo so the logo is now on the bottom of the mat and the two small grommets cover the two holes. This is what I've done and it's a major improvement.
You can make it even better by painting the grommets to match the color of the mats.
