Not a single White on White has yet been delivered/promised in all of So. Cal.? How is that even possible?

No where else apparently either. I did hear their two white on white MYP over here in MD at the Rockville place but did see picture. I know it’s not Cali. It it’s very strange that the white cars are taking a long while to come. Specially performance one seeing they were delivering those firstNot a single White on White has yet been delivered/promised in all of So. Cal.? How is that even possible?

I have an order in for a model 3 fully loaded with FSD black/black. no vin yet but had a text last week i would get it "soon".
anyway, if one was to place an order for the top of the line Model y (whatever that trim option is) , would it be foolish to think one would get it within this month? probably not, but wanted to ask. the cost of a Y and 3 in the trim options i want are just a couple thousand ish it seems.

Here is an update on the Teslike survey of the California Pearl White MY Performance version orders as of today 3/23/2020 08:20 pm;
There are 26 out of 38 Pearl White MY Performance reservations who had received an invite to confirm orders for delivery
Only 1 out of 17 Norcal Pearl White MY Performance orders given a VIN and delivery date
Only 1 out of 19 Socal White MY Performance orders given a VIN and delivery date
So as you can see, not much progress or movement.
There are 26 out of 38 Pearl White MY Performance reservations who had received an invite to confirm orders for delivery

Just got a text message from Tesla Delivery asking me to confirm third party financing.
“ Hello! Tesla Delivery here. Please confirm you will be financing through third party and will not be trading in a vehicle toward your Model Y purchase. To confirm, please respond YES; if changes are needed, please respond with a brief summary and a delivery specialist will reach out for further assistance. Thank you!”
Hopefully news on a VIN and delivery date is coming next!?!

I think they were trying to fulfill all the other areas first and then make the last batch/push for the locals. Before the shelter in place, Tesla reached out to the SF owners club and asked for volunteers to see if anyone could help out with local deliveries at the end of month since they were expecting a big set of deliveries but obviously things have changed with what's happening right now. By the looks of it, they also made the white deliveries the least priority(Maybe cause it's a free color?).
Fingers crossed for you and the rest of the people here too. Hope everyone will hear back soon and get their cars this month!

We know Tesla has produced a batch/run of White... and I'm pretty sure they didn't just make 2 or 3 of them.
