Anyone from Southern California given a VIN or taken delivery of a Performance Pearl White MY yet?

What is the status of your White Performance Model Y order (California only)?

Looking at Troy’s google spreadsheet, I noted that there are a total of 37 California orders for the Performance MY with only two being assigned a VIN. And in Socal, there are 17 Performance White MY orders with 0 (zero) VIN or delivery dates. In Norcal, there are 18 orders for the MY Performance with only 1 (one) given a VIN. What gives? Why is there a dearth of deliveries for this configuration? Is it because White color is free so the other colors that have a cost are given priority (MSM, blue, red)?
Anyone from socal able to share updates on whether you were assigned a VIN or taken delivery of a Pearl White Performance MY yet?

I'm #565.
I'm with you! It's been unsettling seeing so many other Performance Upgrades being delivered that aren't white. I've been assured a few times already that Tesla intends on fulfilling my order between March 15-31... in their defense, they still have time. I ordered on Feb. 27th so I've been excited that we've moved along this quickly.
I received a call from LV on Thursday verifying my form of payment. When asked, I said I am ready for delivery ASAP. The caller assured me she would make a note of that and that I SHOULD get a call from a delivery associate "soon". hmmm...
No VIN. No delivery date. And ready to take my MY white PUP with Blk interior.
Have MY with our specs been made? Are they just sitting on the Fremont lot waiting for transporters? Has anyone seen them on the lot or in transportation?

What would be unsettling is that you get your Model Y before us who preordered in March of last year (Like me). Lol jk.

We hope we'll get our car soon as well but with all that's going on in the world right now, I won't mind if it's delayed. The fact that the Model Y is being delivered earlier than expected is quite something.

Who knows, maybe they'll be making our batch tomorrow, last day before they closed the factory down temporarily.

#1292 here. I got a call right around noon on Friday, March 20 from Vegas. I was told that I would get a text from someone "soon." The kind lady "tempered" my expectations by reminding me that "soon" is not "immediately" and that she does not have a time frame since everyone there is really really busy.

Ordered 2/24
Got call 3/18 to confirm details and told to expect call form delivery specialist and car before months end.
nothing still. No vin in source.
Was told not to fill out payment until delivery text came. I’m wondering if people are getting vins faster when payment is done.

just got the call / text as well. wasn’t able to take the call, but will report any details i get once i get in touch.

update: talked to them - no VIN assigned, but original plan was late this month or early next - he said TBD since plant is shutting down...so who really knows.
